The 10-day promotional period begins when you run your first study. All new Connect researcher accounts created with an academic email during this promotional period will be automatically enrolled. If you have enrolled as an academic but do not see the promo applied when setting up the study, please email us at connect-support@cloudresearch.com before launching any studies.
After the 10-day period ends, the Connect service fee will be 25% of whatever you pay participants. This 25% fee is significantly lower than the 30-45% charged by competing platforms*.
